BOOKING A PORTRAIT IS EASY!
Booking a portrait is an exciting experience! Let's get started.
Step 1.
Pick the size of your portrait and the medium you would like your portrait drawn in.
When picking the size of your portrait, think about your budget, where you would like to display the portrait and the amount of subjects you would like drawn. If you are unsure on what size would work best, I am more than happy to discuss ideas with you.
Below is a list of my sizes and prices in both coloured pencil and graphite pencil. I can also create portraits in custom sizes upon request, so if the size you would like is not listed, please get in touch for a quote.

Step 2
GET IN TOUCH.
The sooner you get in touch, the better! My waitlist is usually around 3-6 months, so if you are needing a portrait for a specific date, please let me know as soon as possible and I will try my best to accomodate you.
There is a contact form at the bottom of this page to fill out. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours. Please always check your spam folders if you have not recieved a reply.
When getting in touch, please provide as much information as you can about the portrait you would like. If you are unsure of the size you would like or what photos to use, I am more than happy to discuss this with you prior to booking. I am friendly and love a good chat about our furry friends!
Step 3.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
To book your portrait, I ask for a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid once the portrait has been sketched out ready to start. I also offer payment plans, where you can pay an equal monthly amount running up to the date of your portrait. Options can be discussed during the booking process.
I accept Paypal, bank transfer or credit/debit card payment via my website.

PHOTOS
This step is very important. I always ask for the best quality photos that you have available. The higher quality the photos, the better your portrait outcome will be. I can only draw what I can see. Your photos should correctly show the true colours of your horse or pet. The best photos are taken in natural daylight, close up enough that I can see details of their eyes and fur. Photos that have been taken from a distance or in low lighting can be difficult to work from. If you want your portrait to look like your horse or pet as much as possible, then the photo's need to represent them at their best.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your horse or pet has passed, I am happy to try my best to work with whatever photos you have available. If you are unsure if the photos you have are good enough for a portrait, please do get in touch first and I will be happy to discuss with you.
Step 4
If the photos you have have been taken by someone other than you, I will need thier permission to use the photos. Whether it's a friend or professional photographer, I will need written consent. This is to protect myself from copyright claims.
Step 5
WATCH YOUR PORTRAIT COME TO LIFE
I will send you several progress updates so you can watch your portrait come to life. I will make sure throughout the process that I am getting every little detail just right for you, from the colours of their coat, their markings and any little details that make the animal "them".
I often share my works in progress on my social media platforms as well as live streaming over on Tiktok. If you would prefer me not to do this, please let me know in advanced.

Step 6
PACKAGING
Once you are happy with your portrait, I will package it up carefully, along with it's certificate of authenticity and care sheet, into a matt black presentation box, beautifully giftwrapped.
Postage is charged extra and I will provide you with a quote, as prices differ depending on location and size of portrait. All of my portraits are sent tracked and insured. As all of my portraits are packed into a sturdy presentation box, there is no risk of bending or damage during transit.
ARE YOU READY? I CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOUR HORSE OR PET.
Fill in the contact form below and I will reply within 24-48 hours! I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
